Mint Employment

MINT is an employment service set up by City College Norwich to support young people (aged 16-25) with learning and employment needs to gain sustainable paid employment.

MINT’s specialist Employment Job Coaches help young people access innovative training ideas, and consistent support tailored around the individual, to help students achieve their potential.

MINT helps students with a wide range of learning and employment needs including Autistic Spectrum disorders, mental illnesses, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and low self-esteem. An employment job coach will provide one-to-one support and help students develop confidence and employability skills in areas such as job applications, interview skills and work experience.

All young people are encouraged to set high aspirations for their personal development and achievement, and participate in functional skills to build on their previous Maths and English qualifications.
