Develop the required skills and knowledge from several topics which include: Methods of communication in the workplace, Understanding effective working teams, Developing Yourself as a Team Leader, Diversity in the workplace, Understanding change in the workplace, Gathering, Interpreting and utilising data in the workplace, Planning and monitoring work, Improving Performance of the work team, Induction and Coaching in the workplace and Developing the work team.

This course runs for 6 days. 9-4:30pm 1 day per month.

Entry Requirements
Application only, There will be an Interview process for entry onto this course.
Open to applicants aged 19+ Years who want to learn about the development of yourself as a team leader.

Assessment
The assessments are written assignments for all of the units, as well as, gathering evidence from the workplace on personal development for "Developing Yourself as a Team Leader" unit.
Fees
The cost of the course could be free or up to £476.60 approx. This is depending on Age, Prior attainment, and circumstances.
