What You Will Study
This course will develop your skills in speaking, listening, reading, writing and grammar. We will cover a range of subjects to develop your vocabulary.
Classes are available daytime and evening. The course runs for one term in the academic year.
There are three options to study:
- Term 1: ESOL, Pre-Entry - Increasing Confidence
- Term 2: ESOL, Pre-Entry - Improving skills to participate in community life
- Term 3: ESOL, Pre-Entry - Improving skills for progressing to further learning
Entry Requirements
- There are no formal entry requirements, but you must be over 19 and wish to improve your English skills.
How You Will Be Assessed
The qualification is a set of three separate non-accredited assessments in speaking, listening, reading and writing.
Course Progression
The course is designed to enable you to progress on to further courses at the college.
