Entry Requirements

• GCSE maths at grade 4, GCSE English Language at grade 3, and GCSE science at grade 2.

How You Will Be Assessed

All assessments will be portfolio-based, with units assessed through a combination of written tests, practical assignments, and coursework evidence, enabling you to demonstrate both your theoretical knowledge and practical skills.

Course Progression

Our courses will help you develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours you need to be successful in industry. You could progress through our course levels, on to an Apprenticeship or Higher Education.

Where Your Course Can Take You

Our students go on to a wide variety of roles, including mechanical engineers, aviation mechanics/engineers, engineers within the Armed Forces and project managers with leading employers.

Fees

If you are a UK or home fee status student and aged 16-18 on the 31st August before the start of your course, your tuition fees are free. If you are aged 19+ please contact the Advice Shop. There will be costs for the uniform which includes steel toe capped boots, overalls. which will cost approximately £60.
