Art and Fashion courses at City College Norwich
Our art, design and fashion courses will develop and explore your creativity. They will prepare you for a wide range of careers in the creative and cultural sector.
What our courses are about
Just as practising creative artists do, you will work collaboratively across multiple disciplines. There are opportunities to develop links with industry professionals to get an insight into the sector and develop your skills.
All of the courses are accredited by the University Arts London, and are taught in our £5.7m Creative Arts Building - which contains state-of-the-art workshops and studios. You can choose from a wide range of courses including our popular fashion business course.
What you will do
You will be supported to develop your skills in your chosen specialism by expert teaching staff. Our teachers are practising artists with a wealth of experience and contacts. They will help you launch your career in the creative industries.
On your course, you will follow an all-round and collaborative approach. You will be challenged to take risks in order to develop outstanding work. You will also work on ‘live’ projects with local and national employers that will give you exceptional experience of real work.
What you can progress to
Our students progress to some of the most competitive university level creative arts courses and art schools in the country. This includes Norwich University of the Arts, Central Saint Martins, The Glasgow School of Art and London College of Fashion.
Our art and fashion courses will provide you with the skills need for your future career. You will work on live projects with employers, make industry contacts and develop professional skills.
Is it suitable for you?
If you like to be challenged, enjoy working collaboratively and take responsibility for your creative journey, our art and fashion courses could be for you.
