What You Will Study

Aspire 2 is a two day course in the Aspire Skills Academy.

This course is right for you if:

  • You are building confidence to return to education.
  • You would benefit from a part-time timetable.
  • You are not yet ready for a full three-day programme.
  • You want a balance of learning and enrichment activities.
  • You need a supportive and flexible approach to learning.

  • You may have an EHCP but this is not essential.

How You Will Be Assessed

Assessment for this course will include:

  • Observation and tutor feedback
  • Personal progress tracking
  • Maths and English exams (where applicable)

Course Progression

After completing this course, you may progress onto Aspire 3 (which has an increased timetable), Aspire Employability or one of our other Inclusive Learning courses.

Where Your Course Can Take You

This course gives you the chance to transition into college on a reduced programme and supports you towards your next steps and a full time programme.

Fees

If you are successful in gaining a place on this course the college will apply for funding for you to come to college, you will not have to pay any fees.
