What You Will Study

Phoenix Purple Engage is a course on our Individual Pathway in Inclusive Learning.

This course is right for you if:

  • You find education difficult or stressful
  • You need a low-pressure learning environment
  • You have autism (including PDA) and experience high anxiety
  • You are trying to build confidence to attend and take part
  • You require a reduced timetable (two days).

  • Most students will have an EHCP.

How You Will Be Assessed

You will be assessed through:

  • Observation
  • Participation in activities
  • Progress towards personal targets and EHCP outcomes.

Course Progression

You could move into other Phoenix Purple, Inclusive Learning courses or Aspire courses. You could also increase your timetable towards full-time study.

Where Your Course Can Take You

This course is designed to help and prepare you to build up to a full time course in Inclusive Learning, Aspire or another department in college.

Fees

If you are successful in gaining a place on this course the college will apply for funding for you to come to college, you will not have to pay any fees.
