Norwich and Norfolk

Located between picturesque coastal landscapes and a wealth of countryside, Norwich is a surprisingly bustling city.

Like any great city its centre is easy to walk around and has a river at its heart. It is the only English city in a National Park, the Norfolk Broads.

Going out

Always a good place for a night out, the city offers a variety of good-value restaurants, stylish cafe bars, theatres, nightclubs and festivals.

Norwich has a flourishing arts, music and cultural scene, lively restaurants, bars and nightlife and a heritage that is a delight to explore.

A shopper's paradise

The city is also a shopper’s paradise, with two shopping centres and four department stores, many independent stores
and boutiques in the quaint Lanes and Timber Hill.

With a range of shops, from small convenience stores, large supermarkets and one of the oldest outdoor market stalls in the country, Norwich has much to offer in terms of consumer variety and choice.

Strong transport links

Norwich has strong transport links, including the international airport, and is only a short train journey from London and Cambridge. With its collection of shops, places to eat and tourist attractions, there’s no shortage of things to do.
