For students who are care leavers we offer Education Support meetings once per term. We will meet with you and your Personal Adviser to celebrate your college progress, feed back on your experience so far, and support you if anything needs to change.
We will receive regular updates from your teachers about your attendance, engagement and how you're getting on at college, and will pass on updates to the people who support you to ensure you have everything in place that you need to achieve.
Our Attendance Officer will monitor your attendance throughout your time at college and may check in with you if they have any concerns or notice any changes.
We will email you to offer 1:1 catch-ups where we can talk about any successes or concerns around college and next steps, and support you to access any resources or services which could benefit you.
