Maintain Reliability, a leading reliability consulting and services company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Condition Monitoring Engineer to join our team. As a Condition Monitoring Engineer, you will be responsible for collecting condition monitoring data, analysing data and providing recommendations to improve equipment reliability.

Responsibilities when trained:
• Perform condition monitoring techniques such as vibration analysis, thermography, inspections, and testing of machinery to identify any indications of equipment wear, damage, or deterioration.
• Develop and implement condition monitoring programs for clients to ensure equipment reliability and optimise maintenance activities.
• Analyse data from condition monitoring activities to identify equipment defects and failure modes, and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
• Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to develop and implement strategies for improving the reliability and performance of equipment.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify the underlying causes of equipment failures and developing strategies to prevent similar issues in the future.
• Generate and deliver technical reports detailing equipment condition and reliability metrics.
• Collaborate with clients, maintenance personnel, and engineering teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.
• Manage your own customer base with the support from the senior condition monitoring engineer.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and team members.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
• UK Driving License.
• Right to work within the UK.
