We are looking for staff to join our team of amazing educators, artists, forest school teachers and Early Years practitioners. A love of the outdoors is essential, and a creative, open minded approach to early years education ideal.
Not qualified? We take on a small number of apprentices each year who we train to level 3. We also support those who wish to gain a degree or MA in Early Childhood Development.
£15,000- £29,000 dependent on age/ experience
