Office Junior / Administrator
Location: Norwich NR1
Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 Hours per Week
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Are you organised, enthusiastic, and looking to build a career in administration? We are looking for a proactive Office Junior / Administrator to join our growing team and provide essential support to both our Accounts and Service Departments.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their office career or looking to gain broader administrative experience within a supportive and professional environment.
What You'll Be Doing
• Providing general administrative support across the business
• Answering and directing incoming telephone calls and emails
• Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems
• Data entry and updating customer and company records
• Assisting the Accounts Department with administrative tasks and document processing
• Supporting the Service Department with scheduling, paperwork, and customer communications
• Preparing correspondence, reports, and documents as required
• Managing incoming and outgoing post
• Ordering office supplies and helping maintain a well-organised office environment
• Undertaking other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
What We're Looking For
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A positive, professional, and willing-to-learn attitude
• Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
• Previous administration experience is desirable but not essential
