About Us
Based in Rackheath near Norwich, Seaglaze Group is a progressive manufacturing company employing over 70 people across three factories. We manufacture specialist glass, marine windows, doors and hatches.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior Systems Hardware Administrator to join our Systems Division.
This is a hands-on junior role for someone with a strong interest in IT and hardware who wants to learn and develop quickly.
You will support our experienced team with day-to-day hardware tasks across our factories. We are looking for someone who can learn quickly, follow instructions accurately and show initiative so they can work independently as soon as they are ready.
Key Responsibilities
• Set up and maintain PCs, monitors, printers and other hardware.
• Help set up new users and workstations.
• Assist with basic hardware fault finding.
• Support equipment such as CCTV, 3D printers, NAS devices and switches.
• Help install and replace network and data cabling.
• Keep IT equipment organised, labelled and recorded.
• Provide basic first-line hardware support.
• Follow instructions and procedures carefully.
• Accurately document work completed.

This is not purely a desk-based role. You must be prepared to work under desks, run cables, move equipment and occasionally get dirty.
