Job Title: Insurance Administrator
Location: Norwich

The Role:
- Providing admin support to Account Handler departments.
- Participating in meetings, both internal and external.
- Liaising with insurers and other third parties regarding the administration of client's insurance needs.
- Inputting data onto the OpenGI system.
- Providing phone and email cover for the account handling team and invoicing when necessary.
- Requesting claims experience documents from insurers.
- Generating internal claim summary reports as and when required.
- Maintaining and developing relationships internally and externally.
- Adhering to all FCA regulations and requirements.

- Strong communication skills to build effective relationships with all callers, clients, and visitors to the business.
- Drive to excel in challenging situations, staying motivated and enthusiastic.
- Demonstrates initiative, and commitment to the role and the industry.

- Effective working with attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.

- Professionalism in actions and approach, treating clients with integrity and fairness.
- I.T Skills, detailed understanding of standard software packages.
