Requirements:
• That you are professional, reliable, flexible and caring and have a desire to deliver high quality care that makes a real difference to clients and their families.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Right to work in the UK (we do not currently offer sponsorship)
• Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check and provide references
• Applicants must be 18 years or over
Salary
• Competitive pay – £13.75 per hour (Monday–Friday), £14.25 (Saturday & Sunday)
• Mileage paid at 35p per mile
• Travel time paid at your hourly rate
• Paid two-week in-house induction training at your hourly rate
• Ongoing update training, also paid at your hourly rate
• Paid enhanced DBS check
• Free uniform (tunic and trousers) and essential PPE
• Fully funded QCF Level 2 & 3 qualifications
• Access to Blue Light Card for national discounts
• Refer-a-friend bonus scheme
