Ciscoe's Pan-Asian is an independent, family-run restaurant based on Ber Street in the centre of Norwich, and we're looking for an enthusiastic **Junior Chef** to join our small, friendly team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the beginning of their culinary career who is eager to learn and develop a wide range of skills in Pan-Asian cuisine.
You'll begin by learning the fundamentals of our kitchen, including:
* Frying and hot section preparation
* Teppanyaki cooking techniques
* Kitchen organisation and food preparation
As your skills and confidence grow, you'll have the opportunity to progress into one of the most exciting parts of our kitchen—**sushi preparation and making**.
We're looking for someone who:

**Working hours**
Our restaurant is open **Thursday through Monday**, so flexibility to work during these days is essential.

Salary
Competitive, in line with National Minimum Wage (depending on age) plus tips
Hours
We are open Thursdays through to Monday evenings, and lunchtimes at weekends.
