Key Duties Include:
- Providing administrative and PA support to Directors and technical staff.
- Managing correspondence, filing, document preparation, binding, and archiving.
- Organising and maintaining project documentation and databases.
- Coordinating meetings, booking meeting rooms, and preparing meeting minutes.
- Welcoming visitors and arranging refreshments and catering.
- Monitoring and ordering office supplies and stationery.
- Assisting with marketing materials, company brochures, CVs, and presentations.
- Supporting quality management and compliance processes.
- Coordinating staff social events, CPD sessions, parking permits, and office logistics.
- Maintaining a professional, organised, and efficient office environment.
In return, you will have the opportunity to work within a supportive and professional team environment where your contribution will be valued and recognised. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to further develop your administrative skills while making a meaningful impact on the success of the business.
