Armed Forces Covenant Bronze Award

City College Norwich, Easton College and Paston Sixth Form College have staff who are ex-Armed Forces employed in a wide range of teaching and support roles, and many more with family members who are serving or have served in the Armed Forces.

Last November we signed the Armed Forces Covenant, joining a nationwide group of employers who promise to ensure that past and present members of the Armed Forces, and their families, are treated fairly and with respect in the communities they live and work in.

We’re continuing to develop our framework for improving the support we provide to current and potential employees who are members of the armed forces community. For example, we now advertise our vacancies on job sites for members of the armed forces community.

We are proud to have now achieved the Armed Forces Covenant Bronze Award.
