Summary
Massage for Two people, learning for everyone. Are you a couple Or a couple of single friends that would love to learn how to massage? Come to learn and discover how to release tension and muscle knots, as well as working together in your pair to learn skills and techniques of back massage. A great way to learn to relax together, gain confidence in massaging a partner safely and effectively.
- Week 1 Preparation for massage, contra-indications and moves
- Week 2 A&P of the back, posture and position moves
- Week 3 Massage mediums, moves
- Week 4 Massage moves explained and how to adapt massage
- Week 5 aftercare, knowledge checker revision, moves and completion of massage
- Week 6 Back massage in full- Complete routine
Please bring with you Two bath sheets, two hand towels and one blanket, each session.
