What You Will Study
The NCFE Caring for Children Certificate is an excellent starting point for anyone interested in early years education and childcare.

Entry Requirements
- Three GCSEs at grade 2 or above, including English language and maths.
- You will be required to complete an interview/taster day.
- Successful completion of a Disclosure Baring Service (DBS) check.
- Two positive references.
How You Will Be Assessed
You will be internally assessed through a range of methods. This could include tasks such as planners, posters, leaflets, presentations, practical or written assignments.
Course Progression
Successful completion of the programme could support you to progress on to the Level 2 Diploma in Early Years Practitioner.
Where Your Course Can Take You
This qualification will support you in preparing for your next steps either in Level 2 training in the early years sector, or moving towards a Level 2 Apprenticeship and employment.

If you are a UK or home fee status student and aged 16 to 18 on 31st August before the start of your
