The Role
We’re looking for a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly and dedicated team on a full-time, permanent basis
(4 days per week, 8am–6pm, with one day off).
You’ll play a key role in supporting children’s learning and development, ensuring they feel safe, happy, and inspired every day.
What You’ll Be Doing
Creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment for children aged 6 months–4 years
working closely with our curriculum co-ordinator to deliver the curriculum within the setting
Supporting each child’s individual development and next steps
Building strong relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
Contributing ideas and creativity to enhance our curriculum and environment
Supporting daily routines including play, meals, and rest times
Assisting with planning activities in line with the EYFS and CCL
Observing, assessing, and recording children’s progress
Working collaboratively as part of a supportive team
What We’re Looking For
Minimum Level 3 Childcare Qualification (essential)
Experience working with babies or young children
Knowledge of the EYFS framework
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn
Someone who wants to make a real impact and bring fresh ideas
