Job Overview

We are seeking for a enthusiastic CDP to join our vibrant kitchen team. As a Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen by preparing high-quality meals in a timely manner. Your culinary expertise and attention to food safety will contribute to an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

The role is ideally suited to individuals who demonstrate a strong willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and genuine passion for food. While prior kitchen experience is beneficial, it is not essential, as full training and support will be provided. We value enthusiasm, reliability, and a proactive approach above all else.


Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene practices.
- Assist with meal preparation by chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and report any shortages to the kitchen manager.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of food safety practices.
