Cashless Campus

Our college now uses cashless payment systems for added convenience.

If you are a student or staff member you can use your CCN ID card to pay for:

  • Food and drink at college cafes and restaurants
  • Printing and photocopying at campus printers

You can log into your secure WisePay account to:

  • Top up your ID card for printing/photocopying
  • Pay for trips and visits under ‘Trips and Visit Payments’

First-time login:
Click ‘Forgotten Password’, enter your student email address, and follow the instructions sent to your inbox.

Lolly Pay

You can top up ID cards for use in catering outlets.

Required details:

  • Your ID number (on your ID card)

How are students recognised by the system?

Each student receives a unique ID number and photo ID card at enrolment.

Where can I use the cashless system?

  • College cafes and restaurants
  • Printers at Ipswich Road and Norfolk House campuses

How do I top up my card?

  • Online via WisePay (Print and Photocopy) or Lolly Pay (Food and Drink)
  • In person at the Cashier’s Office, Wroxham Building

Is there a spending limit?

  • £15 per transaction in cafes/restaurants
  • No limit for printing/photocopying

What about students entitled to free college meals?

  • Students eligible for Free College Meals will receive £2.61 daily credit. If you are also eligible for the 16-19 bursary, you will receive a £2.39 top up to £5 for each day that you attend college.
