What You Will Study

This Bootcamp has been developed in partnership with WSP, a leading global engineering and professional services firm with a strong regional presence. This intensive course is ideal for individuals looking to build both confidence and competence in managing real-world projects.

With project delivery become a core part of many roles, there has never been a better time to learn how to plan, lead and deliver successful projects. This course introduces the essential tools, techniques and leadership skills needed to manage projects effectively, on time and within budget.

Through hands-on simulations, role plays and collaborative exercises, you will gain practical experience in a supportive environment. The course is designed to make project management accessible and engaging, even for those with limited or no prior experience.

This course will run on Fridays from 9.30am to 4pm from 9th January 2026 to 13th March 2026.

Entry Requirements

You must be age 19+, have the right to work in the UK/have a National Insurance number. You must not be enrolled on other funded training such as an apprenticeship, higher education, kick-start or re-start programme.

You need to be a current resident in Norfolk or Suffolk, have lived in the UK/EU for at least three years or have the right to live and work in the UK.

Fees

This course is free for learners age 19+. Please check the entry criteria.

For employers wishing to put employees on the course - if you have 249 employees or less you will pay 10% of the overall cost which equates to £183 per employee.
