YMCA Norfolk is looking for a Senior Housing Manager to lead our dynamic housing service in Norwich Central. What You’ll Do

*Lead the operational delivery of housing services, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support for young people.
*Manage the Pathways and Housing First projects, driving outcomes and reporting on performance.
*Oversee tenancy management, health and safety compliance, and restorative approaches to challenges.
*Inspire and develop a team of housing professionals, embedding trauma-informed practice and safeguarding excellence.
*Work closely with stakeholders, volunteers, and the wider community to create opportunities for growth and engagement.

What you’ll need to succeed

​*Proven experience in housing and tenancy management.
*Strong leadership and line management skills.
*Knowledge of safeguarding, risk assessment, and the issues facing homeless young people.
*Excellent communication, budgeting, and project management abilities.
*Resilience and the ability to remain calm and effective when dealing with challenging situations.
*A commitment to YMCA values and a passion for making a difference.
