What You'll Do
As a CNC Machining Apprentice, you will:
Learn to set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines.
Assist with programming CNC machines.
Work on projects, creating high-precision parts and components for various industries
Gain a solid understanding of engineering drawings, material properties, and machining techniques
Attend off-site training at City College Norwich
Develop skills in problem-solving, quality control, and machine maintenance
What We’re Looking For
A genuine interest in CNC machining, engineering, and technology
GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths, English, and Science (Grade 4/C or above preferred)
Strong attention to detail and passion about what your producing
Ability to work well as part of a team and communicate effectively
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn
