Cleaning Supervisor
• Hourly Rate: £13.75
• Location: Norwich - Commercial Property
• Job Type: Permanent
• Hours: Either 10 or 15 hours per week (5PM to 8PM OR 6PM to 8PM)
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the cleaning operations at our commercial property. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of cleaning experience and offers a leadership opportunity within our facilities management team.
Day-to-day of the role:
• Supervise and coordinate activities of cleaning staff.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks meet quality standards.
• Assist with the training of new cleaning staff.
• Manage supplies and ensure equipment is maintained and used correctly.
• Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective measures as necessary.
• Provide reports on employee performance and cleaning standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years cleaning experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Familiarity with safety and sanitation regulations.
