Our staff are enrolled into the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) or the Teachers Pension Scheme (TPS). Support staff contribute between 5.5%-12.5% and academic staff 7.4%-11.7%.
Teaching staff 42 days, academic managers 37 days, administrative managers 35 days and support staff 26 days. All increasing annually to 31 days after 5 years service and 32 days after 10 years.

Cycle Schemes allow staff to purchase bikes through salary sacrifice. The full cost of the bike is then split across 12/18 payments and deducted from the gross salary.
Staff can access discount breakdown cover with the RAC. This also includes electric vehicles.
