Are you highly organised, resourceful and with the ability to work on your own initiative? The Hamlet is looking for someone to coordinate our successful internal and external training programme. The ideal candidate will be an experienced administrator/coordinator with an eye for detail, excellent communication skills and a commitment to quality.

COVID 19 Measures
Due to the current COVID 19 situation, those selected for interview may be invited to attend via Microsoft Teams if face to face interviews are not possible.
Hours: 25 to be worked across five days Monday – Friday.
Rate of pay: £10.20 per hour rising to £10.70 upon completion of a successful probation period (£13,366.08 - £14,584.75 per annum pro rata).

Purpose and Scope of the Role
The job holder will co-ordinate a programme of training, delivered in house and from commissioned services in liaison with managers and the CEO. The job will also promote and co-ordinate external bespoke training to a range of centres around Norfolk.
