We are a well-established home improvements company who specialize in the manufacture of A-Rated windows, doors, conservatories and more.
Due to continued growth, we are looking to hire 2-3 call centre agents to join our brand new office in Norwich City Centre. Students are encouraged to apply as hours are designed to fit around college/university.
This position will involve the following;
-Identifying customer needs and providing solutions and alternatives
-Promoting our extensive range of products and services
-Arranging customer appointments for our company representatives and service teams
The ideal candidate will have some experience in a customer focused environment, but candidates who show they are driven and possess a confident personality will be considered as this position does come with full training.
What we expect from you;
We are highly customer driven, and you will be the first point of contact between new and existing customers and our company, so a polite and professional telephone manner is crucial.
A positive ‘can do’ attitude is a must. Team members who show this are always successful and through hard work and determination come financial rewards and company perks.
