Job Description

We have a child focused team who really care about the well-being and development of their key children and the people around them.

We are looking for a passionate and strong Early Years Practitioner who is looking to grow professionally into a Key Person role within a company that focuses heavily on their people.

The candidate must be looking for a challenge and eager to grow and develop supporting the management team. The candidate must be able to lead and inspire their team colleagues for outstanding outcomes and be responsible for the daily care and development of children under 3 years of age.

This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (1974) and requires a Disclosure and Barring Service check (DBS). Successful candidates will be required to provide a Disclosure and Barring Service check (DBS) and two suitable references.


16,000 to 18,000 (dependant on experience and qualifications)


Monday to Friday (the nursery is open for 50 weeks a year closing annually in August and December)


Shift pattern (7.15-15.45 / 9.15-17.45)
