Position: Executive Assistant

Pay: £12.63 per hour – Grade F (£14,777.10 per annum)

Location: YMCA Norfolk, Aylsham Road, Norwich

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours per week: 22.5 hours per week

We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to join our Corporate Services team. This is an exciting time to be joining YMCA Norfolk, and you could make a real difference in this role while working closely with the CEO.

Job Role:

To ensure effective delivery/functioning of:
Support to the Chief Executive
Corporate Administration support
The Corporate office at Aylsham Road, Norwich
The role will also help to expand the Corporate Services team with the view to take on and line manage a Corporate Administration Assistant Apprentice in the near future.

What you’ll need to succeed:

You will be an excellent communicator and be highly organised with the ability to prioritise a large and varied workload in a time pressured setting. You will have a good knowledge of filing and administration systems, be a proficient user of Microsoft Office, and have the ability to quickly learn other systems. Having experience of coordinating meetings, agendas and preparing relevant materials is essential, and the role requires a high level of integrity, confidentiality and discretion at all times.
