Job Description
The successful candidate must be self-motivated, quality-driven, and be experienced in working by themselves and as part of the team here at Peter Beales Garden Centre Restaurant.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Help the kitchen brigade in being able to deliver an exceptional food experience to high standards and ensuring our customers have a great experience.
Ensuring food preparation areas are clean and hygienic
Ensuring that the chefs are fully equipped and help with any task ready for service.
Complying with health and safety legislation as well as food hygiene standards.
Participating in basic food preparation and service
As Commis job, You will be expected to carry out a range of basic tasks, and help during service, with serving salads, sandwiches, Panini's, and helping on the hot food sections when needed. This position is ideal for someone who can keep calm during busy service and wants to progress in this field.
