Aviation Engineering, Level 2

Developed in association with KLM UK Engineering. A Campus based full-time, one year course designed for those looking to pursue a career in aviation engineering.
Five GCSEs including Maths and English at grade A*-C /9-4 or a relevant Level 2 Engineering qualification with Maths and English GCSE (grade A*-C/9-4).
If you are a UK or home- fee status student and aged 16-18 on the 31st August before the start of your course, tuition fees are free. If you are aged 19 years and over please contact the Advice Shop In addition to this there will be costs for Uniform of steel toe capped boots, trousers and logo shirt. Continuous by means of assignment and online examinations
Provided that the year one Level 2 qualification and Maths and English GCSE grades A-C/9-4 are attained, you will be eligible for invitation to year two Level 3 qualification with CCN. This consists of EASA Category A (supported by a recognised Level 3 qualification) to be achieved in year two. The Level 3 qualification would allow subsequent progression to either Higher Education and/or entry into an appropriate apprenticeship scheme.
An opportunity to apply for apprenticeship with an aircraft engineering organisation and/or higher education qualification within the aviation engineering sector.
