Summary
This course will be run on Tuesday evenings from 6pm until 9pm.
AAT qualifications are recognised and respected throughout the sector. This qualification delivers the skills and essential knowledge to manage books effectively. It includes manual double entry bookkeeping, and associated documents and processes, up to Trial Balance standard.
The AAT Foundation Certificate in Bookkeeping consists of the two bookkeeping modules from the AAT Foundation Certificate in Accounting, Bookkeeping Transactions and Bookkeeping Controls.
This qualification can be used as a fast track route to the AAT Advanced Diploma in Accounting. Your study is based on actually doing the work, so future employers know that as well as the underpinning knowledge, you have the skills and practical experience to not only perform within a bookkeeping role, but to excel in it.

Entry Requirements
There are no formal entry requirements, however, a good grasp of basic maths and English is essential.
Assessment
Assessment is exam based.There are two computer based exams, one at the end of each unit.

Upon successful completion you can progress onto the AAT Level 3 Diploma in Accounting
