This course covers topics such as understanding how to resolve customer problems and complaints, communication and information, principles of administration, understanding how to use social media tools and channels, digital marketing and research and leadership and management. This programme enables you to develop the knowledge, skills and experiences to progress in to work or an apprenticeship.
The London Institute of Banking & Finance (LiFE) gives you a good understanding of money and finance and will provide valuable insight in to a range of career opportunities within the financial sector, whilst giving guidance on methods of enhancing your employability skills.

4 GCSE grades at A*-C; including English Language at 9-4. Or a relevant Administration or Business Level 2 qualification at Merit or above. Successful interview and reference.
The course is designed to give skills to enter the workplace, and further training could take the form of an apprenticeship. This course does NOT carry UCAS points.
