British Classics Cookery Course

On this 4 week cookery course you will learn how to make warm and comforting British Classic dishes. Each week you will be shown techniques on how to make home comfort food look and taste great.
Week 1 - Bread and Soup - you will make 2 soups and a variety of breads to taste and take home
Week 2 - Stew and Pie - you will make beef and vegetable casserole with dumplings and a chicken and mushroom pie
Week 3 - Tarts, Crumble and Custard - you will make an apple and blackberry crumble with walnut crumble, Lemon tart with sweet pastry and a Creme Anglais
Week 4 - Let's get fishy - you will make a luxury fish pie, Mediterranean style baked salmon and mackerel pate
Each week you will be asked to bring in some of the ingredients and containers to take home your food. You will also need to bring in an apron.
Course details: Tuesdays 21/04/20 - 12/05/20 6-9pm
