About the Prince’s Trust

Around one on five young people are not in education, employment or training. Youth unemployment costs the UK economy an estimated £10 million a day in lost productivity, while youth crime costs £1 billion every year.  The Prince’s Trust helps such young adults by supporting and motivating them to develop key skills, confidence and motivation. Last year the Trust helped over 41,000 young people launch their journey towards a more successful future. Funding its work costs the Prince’s Trust £1 million per week.
