Sandy Sankar (Vice Chairman)

Sandy joined the Board in May 2004. He has spent his career in health work, initially in nursing and then moving onto nursing education and management. He has held a number of senior appointments and currently works on a freelance basis. He is a Non Executive Director of the Southern Norfolk Primary Care NHS Trust and a JP.

His health work skills and connections will be a valuable asset to the Board as the College increases its links with both the medical School at UEA and the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital

In March 2007 Sandy was elected as the Vice Chairman of the Corporation.
