The projects and assignments you will undertake are based on realistic workplace situations, activities and demands, and are designed to develop your skills and understanding of the retail sector. The course will give you a BTEC First Diploma in Retail (equivalent to four GCSEs at grades A*-C), and 50 days of work-related learning, giving you a head start in the sector. Each YA will be delivered by City College Norwich and other partners to make use of the best specialist facilities and staff.
